we just wasted 2 hrs, going to BPP, waited for niunai to be groomed for a bloody hour and then coming back with niunai not groomed at all!!
why?!
because the groomer aka the boss was "cropped up"(acc. to the worker) and couldn't come at 2(appointment time).
like wtf? do i seriously care if some thing cropped up and u're unable to come??
then wads the point of making an APPOINTMENT when there is no gurantee that the groomer will be there!
& so, when the groomer was unable to come, how come NOBODY informed us?
we waited for a whole hour!!!
(which includes walking aimlessly in NTUC/ reading in the library/ eating Mr Bean's ice cream)
acc. to worker, the 2 other appointments were cancelled by the owner.
that was probably the best choice u have ever made in your life!
imagine going all the way there, waiting & waiting & waiting!
&&& the cab driver was so dishonest!
like hello? i am taking a cab from BPP to bukit batok, how stupid do u think i am not to know the shortest route??
and u conveniently drive to upp bukit timah road, down to hillview then to interchange then up to the west.
the driver even had a guilty look on his face when i paid him the cab fare!
he didn't even dare look at me straight in the eye!
u know that it is not the right thing to do, and yet u still do it!
& i can't believe that the driver can actually earn more with the meter running than actually saving on petrol.
crazily high petrol prices dun want to save, come and cheat customer's money.
but i do admit that it is our fault for not telling him which way to go.
However, on his part, its also very dishonest!
argh.
& then there's this stupid blogseller (self-invented word. some one who sells things online).
i ordered a XL cookie monster shirt on the 1st week of FEBRUARY and the 2nd/3rd week she said she had no stock and i had to wait.
so i told her, nvm, u just refund me back the money.
i transferred $10 to her account, $2 for postage.
i didn't bother checking cos of school work and stuff.
until the start of this june holiday, i finally sms-ed her asking when she is going to transfer the money, IN A VERY POLITE MANNER SOMEMORE.
her 1st reply was: Are u madeline? i wanted to transfer but i didn't have ur account number. (ok, at least she rmb that she needed to transfer)
then i gave her the account number and waited.
she said she'd transfer by the 2nd week of hols.
i gave her more time until the 3rd week until I had to sms her and ASK HER IF SHE ALREADY TRANSFERRED.
HELLO? i already told u to sms me the ref. no liao!
and obviously u nv sms back means u haven transfer lah!
still say wad by "this week".
so she FINALLY transferred, but when i check, only $8.
i was abit dulan after everything, but i still told her NICELY that i had transferred $10 incl. postage.
she replied: oh. sorry, i got mixed up with the others.
ok, nvm, i don't expect her to rmb every order.
& so i told her to transfer the balance to me on the 16th. and now, its bloody hell the 20th and i've got no response!
not that i'm trying to ji jiao with $2, but i dont see the need in giving her that $2 for free.
like wad? tip for good service?
worst still, she is ignoring my sms-es cos she's not replying them!
bloody hell. i'm am so going to call her!
do u need 3 WHOLE MONTHS to do a $10 transfer?
