careless = cashless.
mom said that commercial came out too late for me.
went out on fri with agnes and charmaine to shop for CNY clothes.
went to golden mile to sell off the mp3 that we found on the floor during dec holidays.
i once said that if we took something that didn't belong to us, God will have some other way to make us lose other stuff.
how true is that?
typical habit of mine; i do not zip tote bags.
went to bugis street, and it was packed with people.
i carried the gold nike bag with it almost practically empty.
only my n73, mp3 player and wallet were inside.
shopped around and all.
agnes asked me to check the time, and i searched for my phone in my bag.
and it wasn't there!
tried calling using agnes' phone and obviously the person didn't pick up.
didn't carry much hope of getting it back.
immediately cancelled the line.
the only possible explanation is that somebody apparently dug his/her hand into my bag and so coincidentally managed to take out the phone. (agnes tried taking out my (heavy)wallet and i didn't even realise a thing)
no way would my phone drop out by itself.
and so, my mood wasn't really fantastic after that.
all the pictures, songs, contacts, schedule, EVERYTHING!
esp pictures of niunai; all of them from young till now were gone with the phone(wind?)
but i got over it rather quickly i suppose.
maybe its cause i already know that God will take some things away.
but still reluctant to accept that the pictures are gone.
those pictures, like what my dad said, were kodak moments.
niunai will never be 1 year old again and he won't re-live his life.
nevertheless, God took away my phone but gave me a great mom!
which one of you out there has a mom that calls u the next day(after knowing that u lost ur phone) and asks if u want a new one?
well, mine did.
i did consider getting W910i , it being 3.5G and red.
but in the end, got W960i, with the touchscreen and 3.2 megapixel(ok, nokia has 5 megapixel..) and internal memory of 8GB.
if i had a choice, i would rather stick to my pink n73.
for one, its PINK and w960i only has miserable black.
although it has no touchscreen and my memory card is only 1GB, it contained all my contacts and pictures(with 20x zoom hello?! w960i only has 3x.)!
it was the first time, after having n73, that i thought i didn't have to change my phone even after a year.
this time, i was willing to wait until my contract ended (or at least until june 2008, when the iphone comes out) before getting a new phone.
but...
and the pictures of joey's birthday celebration last sun were gone as well.
i think its really sweet to have people going through the effort to organise a birthday party for u.
i hope when the time comes, i'll have one too!

finally i'm back to blog.
settled down with school stuffs. although still left with some unfinished hw.
really really busy the past 2 weeks.
abit late for new year resolutions but still..
2008; good results for o's.
have more self discipline towards work. dun put today's work till tml.
manage time properly; be a good friend as well as a good student.
sec3 wasn't really that smooth-sailing for me. new subjects, new teachers, new classmates, new everything. didn't really do that well for the sciences. but i hope this year will be better.
i never thought i'd say this, but i hope that i'll stay healthy. (this is so unlike me.) after going through migraine and stomachache during exams, i hope that history won't repeat itself ever again. so i'll try to stay healthy.
